Standing on Foam

Standing in various positions on the exercise foam challenges the body's balance receptors. The exercises can be done on different thickness and lengths of foam. Changing from two feet, tandem stance, to single leg stance makes the exercises more difficult.

To make the exercises more difficult:

  • Squat slightly
  • Close one or both eyes
  • Use hand weights to shift your center of gravity
