Single leg Bridge with Knee Bent

Single Leg Bridge with the knee bent is the next exercise in the progression. Two legged bridge with feet apart and two feet together increases core strength low back muscles. Bending and lifting one leg in the air makes the exercises harder. It challenges the low back. It should be performed slowly. Lift the waist slowly up and down. Try and avoid clunking movements or dipping one side. Try and keep the waist level with slow and controlled movements.
