Jumping onto Balance Board

The next series of exercise utilizes two different types of unstable surfaces. Jumping off one unstable surface and onto another dramatically increases the difficulty.

Start on the ground and jump onto one unstable surface. When you regain your balance safely jump onto the next unstable surface. When you have regained your balance, jump onto the ground. This exercise can be repeated and altered with different types of apparatus. Begin working slow and increase the speed jumping between surfaces.
