Bridging on 1 Leg with the other leg straight

Single leg bridge exercises are a progression to increase strength and endurance in the low back. It utilizes the core muscles. It is more difficult than two legged bridge with two feet apart or together. Start with two feet apart and lift one leg straight in the air. Slowly lift your waist up and slowly lower toward the bench.

Being on one leg makes the exercises more difficult and increases the strength and endurance of the low back muscles.
