Beginning Knee Exercises: Side steps foam

Start by standing on your right leg with the left held slightly above the ground. Step to the left and have your weight shift to the left leg. Then lean back to the right and raise your left foot off the ground. Once you are steady on your right leg, repeat the exercise 10 times per side.
